Most of our jewels are made of stainless steel with a gold bath finish, which can be accompanied by various materials such as natural pearls, natural stones, zirconites, among others.

However, to avoid any doubt, we have detailed the metal of each Jewel in the product sheet.

Our stainless steel also called surgical steel, is a very resistant and durable metal that allows to create small and minimalist pieces.

It is a material that is never oxidized or obscured with time, and that thanks to the amount of nickel that has is residual, steel on very occasions produces allergies, so it is considered antiallergic.

We work the bathroom in gold mainly, our jewelry as steel, passes through the baking process to increase the grip and therefore the durability of the colors.

• Save your jewelry in a cool and dry place.
• Avoid contacting your jewelry with chlorine, perfume or sea salt.
• Don't leave your jewelry stacked as they can scratch each other.

In addition, take care where you keep them, as the wood contains acids. The best option is to save them individually.

Many of our Rings are adjustable from size 10 to 16, so you will have no problem. Those who do go by size, have a Size Guide on the product tab itself. To access it you just have to click on “Watch Guide”.

We are very fans of the layering (overlapping Collars), so our Collars have different measures. Usually you will find them 35 cm, 38 cm, 40 cm, or 50 cm with a 5 cm elongator for the game to continue (the 50 cm Necklaces have a 3 cm elongator). However, do not hesitate to consult our product sheet where you can find the exact measurements and a photo so you can see how each Jewel is placed.

If the Jewel appears as exhausted don't worry, you can select the button “Tell me” and we will send an email to you at the time you are back available so you won't get away this time.

If you place your order before 14:00, on a laborable day, your order will come out that same day. If you do it from that hour, it'll be the next working day.

Orders made on Friday from 16:00 or weekend will leave on Monday or the next working day if it is a holiday.

Good news! You have 30 days to change or return your jewel if it's not the perfect match. . However, custom cutting or engraving jewels are made especially for you, so no changes or returns will be admitted.

To make an exchange or return click here and a messenger will go to find your Jewel. Don't forget to put it in its original packaging!

It's totally free! But when the refund is made, the amount of shipment paid will be discounted if the shipment had cost.

When your order is ready, you receive an email "Your order is ready" and therefore cannot be cancelled. But don't worry, you can return your jewel once you've arrived without any trouble. 🙂
